So for those who are unfamiliar with a new initiative we’ve lunched, just want to introduce The University of INDIVIDUALITY to you all!

The University Of INDIVIDUALITY allows college students to launch campaigns on various colleges throughout the US that showcase the Individuality on their respective campuses. We give the students full-range to create, and operate the campaign as they wish, as long as they are doing on thing: promoting INDIVIDUALITY.

Often times students are confined to rules, and monotony of the college, and don’t have any outlets to express their true artistry. That is our primary objective with launching this program.

Our first college to launch the program is North Carolina A&T. We want to send a special “Thanks” to Ngozi & her entire Aggie staff for helping us push our intentions for this program!

Next semester we expand to a few more colleges. We are truly grateful for that!!

Saturday March 27th, 2010 BLACK Collection will be holding an open model casting call for PURE Fashion Show at 2210 Adams Place NE Washington DC 20018 from 11am-2pm.

Female Models must be between 5'8 & Taller measurements between 32-33, 23-26, 33-38. Sizes (2-6) Tee Shirt Sizes (XS-Medium)

Male Models must be between 5'9 & Taller Tee Shirt Sizes (Medium-Large)

All Models MUST bring Comp Card/Headshot (w/Measurements)
Portfolio Book and Resume Suggested

Without these presentation materials you will NOT be allowed to audition. No exceptions!

Wear dark denim or black jeans with a plain white tank top. Bring 4inch heels or higher for females. No make-up. Hair away from face.

Arrive early to fill out a casting application.

It’s been real but I’m out!

The other day, maybe 2 or 3 days before my birthday I had a real conversations with myself.

I asked myself how much pointless shit did I have going on in my life?

Several things came up like being fearful, useless friendships, old relationships I think about, even old ass clothes that look stupid to me now (so I threw ALL my clothes away too)…

Twitter was on that list too….

So with that said I’m out! Why?

It’s unproductive!

We all cling to that joint like our life depends on it!

Don’t get me wrong I’ve met some amazing people on Twitter, and it’s amazing for business, and spreading information. @BLACKCollection will live on (just to put that out there! Follow Us)

Why do we all have to be on our own high horses to tweet every move we are about to make?

Then we wonder why our blessings are cursed. You tell everybody before they are manifested…

Does that really make us self-centered??

How bout we all just make the MOVES and show the RESULTS.

I thought about how much time I waste daily on that joint looking through the timeline, RT’ing positive stuff that I already know….. It’s a waste!

Or waiting on some MAGICAL tweet to break my fear, or confirm my leaps of faith rather! That’s a waste too!

What is it worth? Seeing how many people I can get to show me #FF love? Mega waste!

That time can be used to continue to create amazingness…. Why talk about it?

What has recently done it for me is how soooo many people take this joint so SERIOUS, texting me asking me where’s the motivation, and get mad when I say certain things not “business like”….

I’m a funny guy at heart people. I just share inspiration to motivate people…..

It’s a plot by the media, and another one of their distraction tactics to keep us unfocused on what’s really going on….

On Sunday March 14^th @reggieblack will be no more….

I know longer want to be that accessible. I want my life back.

So I'm a few days late, sue me! LOL!! Great 2010! Man 2009 came and went! 2009 was a very interesting year for us! It was also a year of learning and growth! We released some great products, had our 1st commercial ad shot, worked with some amazing people, and began our quest to spread INDIVIDUALITY!

We met some great INDIVIDUALS in 2009 as well! I am forever grateful for those experiences! Our brand has really begun to reach the level of exposure that we like to see, but we know that we have long way to go! This could not have happened without the support of each and every one of you all. Whether you purchased a product, informed somebody about our brand, contributed to the business operation, or simply commented on what we do! THANK YOU!!!

What I enjoyed the most about 2009 is that we really inspired quite a few people to follow through with their dreams simply because of what we do and what we represent!

We are now in 2010, which is also the year that we will celebrate our 5th year of being in business. These are amazing times! Who would have thought that almost 5 years ago, while I was studying abroad in South Africa, the idea I created would still be alive & well today. I want to "Thank" some INDIVIDUALS personally in this letter, but I know if I forget somebody I'm going to get my head chopped off, so I won't even try. Just know that I appreciate EVERYBODY!

As we are now in 2010, I challenge each of you to use 2009 as a reference guide. Let the experiences you encountered make you better, stronger and most importantly smarter. Learn to trust that God has everything in control; and He has designed a plan for each of us, but we just have to ask for guidance in order to follow through with the plan. I also challenge each of you to take a "leap of faith"; because I've learned within the past 4 to 5 months or so, that traveling the unknown is much more exciting than walking the same streets of the familiar!

This year I challenge each of you to "Do The Impossible...."

A live artist for almost 3 years, KimberlyNichole has graced the stage of many of Atlanta and New York City’s most popular live music venues, including Apache Café, Smithe’s Olde Bar, SugarHill, the Apollo Theater, Webster’s Hall, SOBs and Joe’s Pub. She has been billed with some of the best signed and independent artists, including Bilal, Patty Crash, Dwele, Eric Roberson, PJ Morton and Janelle Monae. She recently collaborated with renowned R&B crooner Lyfe Jennings on his project. Even more impressive, KimberlyNichole's single from her first ‘mini project’, titled "Can't Get Enough," is also featured in the film Three Can Play That Game starring Vivica A Fox. Just released her first EP entitled the Yellow Brick Journey on August 25th.
